CommsConsult did an excellent job of providing social reporting services at our recent Think Tank Initiative Exchange in Istanbul. From well thought-out plans to real-time delivery and useful retrospective analysis, the team (and Laurie in particular) was with us every step of the way. We learned a great deal throughout this project, and these lessons will inform our future programming and serve to enhance our approach to social media and real-time communications.
